What if there isn’t anything that you need to change?
What if the flaws and the things that you don’t like so much are actually okay? What if the way that you are, the way you think, the way you engage with things, the fact that you’re driven by fear-motivation sometimes or all the time is alright?
What if the fact that your body doesn’t look the way that you want it to look or your mood isn’t what you want it to be. Or your style of communication with your loved ones is not the way you wish it was…
What if it’s all OK? If everything about you is OK?
This talk gives you tools and new ideas to accept yourself and your life more.
