Healthy and more efficient ways to motivate yourself
Today’s important talk is about your expectations of yourself and how to know whether you are driven by fear or by joy.
If you are one of the many people who feels like you should be doing more, or that you should be changing, or you should be able to do this differently… today you will learn how to see what is motivating your criticism of yourself (and others) and how to ease that pressure. So that you can just be.
This talk will help you learn how to accept yourself more.
