How to create more intimacy in your relationships

Today’s topic is, how do you keep the intimacy and closeness in relationships if we are separated by distance or health reasons – or daily busyness?

Can you even use this time of separation to strengthen the intimacy and the connection with people that you love, that you wish you could hug now?

Grandparents, parents, lovers and children are discussed and practical tips given for how to keep the closeness from a distance.

A beautiful, rich conversation unfolded with lots of questions about connecting with loved ones and how to nourish  intimacy and togetherness – whether we’re close to them physically or not.

(Please note that all the videos are the exact recording of a 21-day journey that was streamed live on Facebook. As a result, while the sound is consistently clear and loud, sometimes the quality of visual is not great. It comes and goes. I’m sorry about that. Some of the videos have no visual blurring and others do. Some people find it distracting and others actually find it strangely useful.)
