Have you ever considered that the thoughts that you choose to think and focus on are an act of self-care?
This is not something that we consider very often, but the things that we choose to really spend our time and our energy pondering and chewing on is one of the most important parts of self-love and self-care.
Your thoughts are how you create your reality – your health, your relationships, and everything else.
In this session you learn how to start to be considerate about what you choose to spend your time thinking about. Just doing this one little thing can change your life completely.
