Building your confidence, not breaking it down
Today we explore your self-talk, the way that you speak to yourself in your own head.
The thoughts you run about yourself in your own mind are hugely impactful on you. They build or break down your self-esteem, your confidence and your self-trust.
You’ll learn how it is possible to be kinder and more supportive to yourself and how big a difference that can make to your daily life experience.
(Please note that all the videos are the exact recording of a 21-day journey that was streamed live on Facebook. As a result, while the sound is consistently clear and loud, sometimes the quality of visual is not great. It comes and goes. I’m sorry about that. Some of the videos have no visual blurring and others do. Some people find it distracting and others actually find it strangely useful.)
