My Gift To You

By Eilat Aviram

Yesterday evening I sat in my garden enjoying being seduced by this flirtatious sunset.

It was weird to be sitting there quietly at 6.30pm because for the past 21-days I’ve been speaking live on Facebook at that hour,.

I’ve never spoken on live video before so it was a big learning curve for me – and scary. I challenged myself to serve in this way because as I heard my clients’ anxieties all around the world and was inundated with the constant fearful articles, I felt deeply called to send out reassurance into the world and to calm some of the fear and confusion we were all experiencing.

I’ve been helping people deal with difficult life situations for twenty-three years and by now I’ve learned one or two tricks, so I wanted to share tools to help people manage this experience in a way that would nourish rather than cost them when this is done (we focused on that in session number 21).

A wonderful community of people gathered each day, from all over the globe, to huddle over our devices and support each other in learning more empowering ways of managing this world event. I was amazed at the warmth and support we created together and I wish more people could share in this magic of gathering together in this time of social distancing..

Every day we shared half an hour on a different topic. The conversation was real. We didn’t pretend everything is OK, or that this is a wonderful thing that’s happening to the world but, we kept our eye on the power we have within this experience to choose what we focus on and how we manage the tough things. And we mostly ended off feeling positive about the topic, calmer for having discussed it, empowered with new tools, and feeling less alone. I’m so grateful for it.

If you missed out,
or you know someone who’d really benefit
from 11 hours of free therapy right now,
please use this resource.

The videos and all the comments and questions are recorded and remain available for free on my Facebook page If I Loved Myself www.facebook.com/ifilovedmyself

Do yourself a favour and watch some or all of them. There’s no catch, it’s just free as my offering to you. Some people are repeating the journey over from the beginning and watch the recordings from day 1 through to day 21 because it helped them so much. Share it with friends or watch it together as a watch party.

Some topics we empowered ourselves about

  • Being stuck in close quarters with family
  • Missing loved ones you are separated from
  • Fear and anxiety
  • The Unknown
  • Loss
  • Fears for loved one’s health
  • Money uncertainties
  • How to choose what you want in your life after this lockdown…
Pretty heavy menu, so go see how we made it easier to bear.
You’ll feel better

Please do share this with anyone you know who needs some tools to get through this time and what might still be coming?
