You won’t be told what to eat or how much. You’ll learn how to listen - to your needs, your rhythms, your wisdom - and how to make food choices that come from kindness and love instead of control.
There’s no way to fail this journey. Every time you notice, pause, or even want to treat yourself more kindly, you’re already succeeding. There's no outcome we are aiming for. Only more love.
You can do one day at a time, or take longer if you need to. There’s no rush. This isn’t about performance. It’s about practice - the practice of feeding yourself love instead of guilt.
