It's time for the final two steps of the powerful ALLOW YOU process for making satisfying, self-loving decisions.

This video is a little longer than the first two but be sure to watch it all the way to the end because towards the end, I explain a very important step for overcoming potential hurdles. With this last step you can use this method to make your daily choices in a way that will slowly but surely create a life you are delighted to be living.

Without this step, using this process in your daily life can feel overwhelming. 

With this step, it becomes remarkably simple.

    I had a rough week ahead at work and woke up in a panic once or twice. I tried the A-L-L and found I immediately felt more relaxed and allowed myself some space and to be open to what I would discover – regardless of what the outcome was. During that day I felt different than usual in that it didn't feel so overwhelming – I was surprised! Pleasantly 😉

    I've been writing my uncomfortable moments (A-L-L) down in the morning and it really has helped. NOW…to keep doing it 😉 O-W…
